Where is my goddess?

Where is the goddess that was meant for me?

I was dorming as I should
And doing what I could
Staring at that book I read
And know that my head will never need
What I read tonite
GET THIS OUT OF MY SIGHT

Where is the goddess that was meant for me?

I am lonesome of sleepless nights
With no real path in my sight
I am lost to this New World of money troubles
Where I fall all in a muddle

Where is the goddess that was meant for me?

She appears all of a sudden out of thin air
My savior, my light, that completes the pair
That makes me whole, what I was not
Those endless nights I fought

Here is the goddess that was meant for me!

Her hair is of golden brown
And her face so fair so sound
With a figure many will kill
She will be my kindred, my will!

Behold the goddess that was sent to me!

I find that her name was Belldandy
With lips as sweet as candy
Rosy cheeks smiled on her
Her movements make me slurrr

Bless the goddess sent to me!

where do u come from said I?
She replied "from the sky"
Who are you I asked again?
"One who wants to be your friend"

A Goddess friend was sent to me!

All end my troubles my fright
Of the world that was in my sight
She is there to make me sane
From all that happens, my pain

Thank the goddess that was sent for me!

But the time has come for her to leave
Where will you go? I will grieve!
"Back to whence I came" said she
But where will "I" be?

Dont go goddess sent to me!

I must go for you need me naught
Yes I do as I fought
Those tears on my face
You, you I can't replace!

Please stay, stay goddess sent to me!

I need you now and forever
Be by my side, don't leave EVER
"yes" whispered in my ear
I'd kill to hear that once a year

Thank you for not leaving! goddess sent to me

There we stood side by side
As we looked eye to eye
A shudder, a hug I received
How I am relieved!

I love the goddess sent to me
